About Me
Hi! I’m Hannah, a qualified Level 2 Fitness Instructor with a BSc in Human Biology and a deep passion for movement, health, and helping people feel their best.

I believe that exercise is for everyone— It’s not about being the fastest, strongest, or fittest in the room. It’s simply about getting your body up and moving in ways that make you feel good, confident, and empowered.

I understand how the body works and how to train it safely and effectively. I myself am a huge lover of hybrid training, combining strength, cardio, mobility, and functional movement to create fun, dynamic workouts that challenge both the body and mind.
